Order Cancellation

You may cancel your order within 24 hours of placement, provided it has not been shipped. Contact our support team at mytoynagar@gmail.com. Once an order is shipped, cancellation is not possible, but you may return the product as per our return policy.

Return Eligibility

Products can be returned within 7 days of delivery if they are unused, in original packaging, and in the same condition as received. Returns are not accepted for personalized or clearance items.

Refund Process

To initiate a return, email us with your order number and reason for return. Once approved, we’ll provide a return shipping label. Refunds will be processed within 7 business days of receiving the returned item, credited to your original payment method.

Non-Returnable Items

Items marked as non-returnable (e.g., opened board games, custom toys) are not eligible for refunds unless defective or damaged upon receipt.

Shipping Costs

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the product is defective or incorrect. We offer free return shipping for faulty items.
